Line 100 & 101: MUST match the listing contract start and end dates.
Line 261: Date that the property is going active/coming soon on the MLS.
Can be different from the Contract Start Date
Line 262: MUST match the end date on the listing contract.
Line 352: Allow Auto Valuation should be YES.
This allows the listing to go to 3rd party sites. (Example: Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
Sections 510-804: These sections are optional but the more information you can give the buyer the better.
Sections 810-822: Only necessary if the property has waterfront or water views.
Section 900: Restrictions/Covenants are ONLY required for condos/townhouses
