Advise sellers of what to expect regarding showings:
Volume -Talk about how many showings they can expect per day based on the current market
Lead time - Do they need a certain amount of time before a showing? Ex. 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.
Vacate for Showings - Advise that it is recommended that for showings that no one is home.
What do with pets - Offer suggestions on what to do with pets while showings are happening.
Multiple showings at the same time- Ask client if they are comfortable with having more than one agent and their clients in their property at the same time.
