When in doubt, disclose.
If they have any questions regarding their legal liability in what to disclose and what not to disclose, direct them to legal counsel/attorney.
Be aware that any material facts that are disclosed to you, you will be required by code of ethics to disclose if your client does not.
Material fact- anything that may affect the future use or enjoyment of the property for a buyer.
Lines 147-179: One check box needs to be checked for each line. Check NA if the item is Not Physically Located on the property. Check YES if the item is on the property and in WORKING condition. Check NO if the item is on the property but NOT in working condition.
