Listing Policy for JP Willman Office
JP Willman Realty Twin Cities understands the urgency of listing properties in a timely manner. Our company policy requires an agent(s) to have ALL documentation for successful withhold, coming soon, or listing turned in to Dotloop by 12:00pm for same day listings. You're welcome to turn in documents early as you'd like to guarantee an active listing on the day your clients request on their contract.
Withhold, Coming Soon, or Listings turned in after 12:00pm are not guaranteed to be listed same day. The company does it's best to complete same day requests to the best of their ability. We reserve the right to list a property the following business day if incomplete or late documentation is provided.
The company does not list properties on your behalf on Saturdays or Sundays.

JP Willman Realty Twin Cities is not responsible for the information provided by the agent for successful listing. All information provided to the brokerage should be verified by the agent. The brokerage gives the agent the opportunity to verify listing information prior to listing.
