All transactions will be audited for compliance. If the Listing Folder is complaint the status will be changed to Approved. If the Listing Folder is not compliant the status will be changed to Returned to Agent

If the Listing Folder is Approved a task will be generated that states Clear
If the Listing Folder is not compliant a task will be generated.
Under Tasks (Towards the bottom of the page) you will see Audit Sections
Audit 1 of 2 is the Listing Folder
If there are issues they will be listed out explaining what needs to be fixed.
After you have fixed the issues with the paperwork then you can check the checkbox(es) (Do Not Delete Tasks).
