💡 TIPS:

• A property can not go longer than 24 hours without showings unless it is TNAS (Temporarily Not Available for Showings) on the MLS.

• If the seller has special requests for showings. It is best to send a message through Dotloop advising what the seller is requesting.

Examples:

The seller only wants showings from 12pm to 5pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday.

Seller wants go and show on Saturday and Sunday because they are out of town.
