How to Complete a Commission Board

Typical Scenarios:

• Collect a percentage: Select the Percentage box and then in the Sale Commission % enter the % you collected. The Sale Commission Amount Box will auto populate.

• If you collected a percentage but then paid for a home warranty: Select the Flat box . To figure out the amount you collected-- ( percentage you collected x the Sales price - the price of the home warranty)

ie. $275,000 charged 2.7% but paid for a $500.00 home warranty

275,000 x 0.027= $7,425 - $500(home warranty)= $6925 would go in the Listing Commission box.

• Agreed to a flat rate on the listing contract: Select the Flat box and then enter the amount in the Listing Commission box.

Typical Commission Board:

• Buyer Split = 100

  • Unless Engage Agent- 75 agent and 25 to Engage Coach

• Agent Base Salary= Auto populates

• Total BAC Collected = Amount agreed by the client

• BAC Owed= Auto populates to standard 399 owed to the office

• BAC Bonus = ex. If client paid 499 for BAC the bonus would be 100.

ex. If client paid 299 for the BAC then the bonus would be -100 (you have to enter the -)

• Royalty= Auto populates to YES.

  • If close to capping then Select NO/Other Amount and type in amount next to No/Other.

  • If capped already then Select NO/Other Amount and leave it.

• Company Dollar= Auto Populates to 70/30

  • If close to capping then Select Capped/Other Amount and type in amount next to Capped/Other.

  • If capped already then Select Capped/Other Amount and leave it.

• Net Check will auto populate
