💡 TIPS:

• Check box Line 491 on Purchase agreement saying there is a counteroffer.

• Fill out Final Acceptance Date on both the PA and the Counteroffer.

• Any items that are added to the Counteroffer will supersede what is written on the Purchase Agreement per lines 8 and 9 of the Counteroffer.

• If a client rejects the counteroffer, a new counteroffer will need to be filled out but you can use the same purchase agreement.
